Vintage 1030s/40s Ivory and Silver Evening Bag

Made in England by renowned maker CFR, this art deco style evening bag would be perfect for a bride on her big day. The soft ivory satin body has a silver lace overlay pleated onto a satin covered metal frame. it has a mother of Pearl clasp and a short satin handle. Fully lined with cream satin with a ruched pocket that has the original vanity mirror still inside.
Measures 8” x 5” and remains in excellent vintage condition with only slight discolouration to the handle and frame, not obvious at all and certainly does not detract from the beauty of the piece.
