Vintage 1930s/40s Black Moiré Taffeta Floral Embroidery Clutch Bag, Evening wear, Formal Event, Gifts for her

This exquisite vintage evening clutch bag will add a touch of elegance and sophistication to any formal outfit. It has a hard envelope shaped body covered in black moiré Taffetta with intricate multicoloured floral embroideries to the front flap and back. Open the stud to reveal a concealed pocket and the inside is lined in matching fabric. There is an ingenious integral sewn in coin purse in one side and an internal pocket on the other with the original moire backed vanity mirror still inside, just fabulous!
Measures 8” x 5.5” and unlike most vintage bags, particularly from this period will fit a modern mobile phone, my I phone fits comfortably inside. The bag remains in excellent vintage condition with no doubt many more grand occasions to attend!
