Vintage 1940s/50s Aurora Crystal Black Evening Bag, Rainbow Colours, Crystal Clasp , Prom, Wedding , Formal Event

This simply stunning vintage mid century evening bag will add a touch of glitz and glamour to any formal outfit, perfect for a wedding, prom or girls night out.
The soft body of the bag is made from black satin and is encrusted on both sides with tiny lustre Aurora borealis crystals that sparkle and shine in rainbow colours and really glisten in the light.
Has a gold tone metal frame, the rectangular twist clasp is set with silver crystals and a short gold tone snake diagonal chain handle. Inside is lined in black satin and there are 2 internal pockets.
Measures 6.75”wide x 5" and remains in excellent vintage condition , as good as the day it was made with only a little discolouration to the frame and chain handle through age and use.
