Vintage 1950s/60s Aurora Borealis Ivory beaded bridal bag, sequins and seed beads. Wedding, formal event.

This gorgeous vintage 1950s evening bag would make the perfect ‘something old’ for a bride on her big day.
Made from Ivory satin, the front of the bag features an intricate floral trellis design in lustre seed beads and aurora borealis sequins , the back is decorated with sequins. It has a covered metal gold tone frame with a twin top clasp and a short chain handle. The handle can be tucked inside so the bag could also be used as a clutch. Inside is lined with Ivory taffeta and there is an internal pocket.
The bag measures 7” wide x 4.75” and remains in excellent vintage condition. There are some very feint marks on the lining due to age and use but this does not detract from the overall look.
