Vintage 1975 Large Hera Centenary Pure Silk Scarf by Liberty of London, Green and Gold Peacock Feather Print

Step out in timeless British vintage style wearing this gorgeous scarf by iconic British Brand, Liberty of London.
This special edition scarf was made in England by Liberty in 1975 to celebrate the centenary of their famous ‘Hera’ print , first produced by them in 1875 and still made by them 150 years later, today.
The large scarf made from from pure silk features the classic peacock feather print in shades of gold , turquoise and green onto a deep green background. It has a wide green border, printed on all four corners with ‘ LIBERTY & CO 1875- 1975’ with a hand rolled hem. The old Liberty logo is printed in the bottom right hand corner.
The scarf measures a generous 34” square and remains in excellent vintage condition. . Would make a lovely sustainable gift for someone special.
