Refund Policy


Our policy last 28 days. Unfortunately, if 28 days have gone by since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

You can request a refund if you are not 100% happy with your order, as long as they are unworn and in an undamaged state.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase and the returns form filled out.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your refund.

Please note refunds for returned items may take 7-14 days to process.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after the 7-14 days wait time, first recheck your bank account.

Then check your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have ordered the wrong size, we require you to send this item back to send out the correct size. If you need to make an exchange, please contact us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee we will receive your returned item.
