Vintage 1930/40s small black gross grain evening bag, Gold tone metal trims

Add a touch of vintage glamour and style to any outfit with this fabulous 1930s /40s small but perfectly formed Evening bag.
Made from black grosgrain , the bag has a rigid boxy body with a covered gold tone metal frame with a cylindrical push back top that has a secure clasp and a grosgtprain fabric shorty handle. Inside is lined in black moire taffetta and there an internal pocket trimmed with gold leather. The frame is stamped with L. British F. so was probably made in England
Measures 6” x 4.5” x2.5” at the base and sides and remains in excellent vintage condition, A gorgeous period piece that will become a firm favourite for many years to come.
