Step out in style with this most glamorous original 1940s/50s silk brocade evening bag.
The bag is made from black brocade, woven through with gold metallic thread in small square.it has an arched ornate filigree gold tone metal frame with a twin top clasp set with silver crystals and a short chain handle.
Inside is lined with black satin and there is an internal pocket, Measures 7” wide x 5.5” and has a 1” gusset at the sides and base. The bag remains in excellent vintage condition externally, however one side of the inside pocket has come away slightly. A minor issue that does not detract from the overall look and is reflected in the price.
