Vintage 1940/50s Gold Chain Mail Evening Bag

This gorgeous gold vintage evening bag would add a touch of magic and sparkle to any outfit .
It has a soft, shimmery body made from metallic chain mail fabric wired onto a metal brushed gold tone metal frame . There is a front teardrop shaped gold tone metal lift clasp at the front of the bag and a short chain top handle. Inside is lined in cream satin and there is an internal pocket.
Measures 8” wide x 6” and remains in excellent vintage condition for its age with only a little age related wear to the frame and clasp. Minor issues that would never be noticed when the bag is used, this bag has plenty of special occasions to still attend!
