Vintage 1950s CFR Chevron Pleated Gold Metallic Lurex Cocktail Bag, Made in England, Wedding, Formal Event, Birthday.

This gorgeous gold bag by renowned vintage bag makers CFR was Made in England in the 1950s/ early 1960s.
It has a gold tone metal ornate frame concealed within the top of the bag with a twin top clasp set with sparkling rhinestones and a short snake chain handle. The soft body of the bag is made from metallic thread gold Lurex fabric, chevron crimped in a pleated zig zag, to bigots the front and back. Inside is lined in gold satin and there is an internal pocket.
Measures 8.5” x 6” and remains in excellent vintage condition, perfect for a wedding, girls night or any other special occasion.
