Vintage 1950s Hand Beaded Floral Petite Pointe Embroidered Eveing Bag, Lucky Sixpence 1955 inside, Formal Event

Step back in time to the fabulous fifties carrying this beautiful beaded evening bag, just the ticket to go with that little black dress.
This bag was hand made in Hong Kong in the 1950s from black satin and features a gorgeous floral embroidery on the front surrounded by black glossy seed beads . The top , bottom and back of the bag are completely covered with black beading. The bag has a gold tone metal frame with a scallop shaped rollover spring closure with a gold decorative edging, springs back automatically to close the bag securely.
The top handle is fully beaded and the bag is lined with black satin. There are 2 internal pockets, once of which has a 1955 Queen Elizabeth lucky sixpence still inside.
Measures 8.5” wide x 6” x 1.25” at the base and remains in excellent vintage condition, as good as the day it was made and ready to party once more!
