Vintage 1950s Ivory Crepe Silk Clutch Bag by CFR, finely pleated panel with silver rhinestone crystal trim, vintage wedding

Add a touch of vintage sophistication and glamour to any outfit with this mid century ivory silk evening bag by renowned makers CFR.
Made from Ivory crepe silk the clutch bag features a panel of finely pleated silk on the front flap with a silver crystal studded trim. There is a stud fastening to the underside of the front flap and the bag is lined with Ivory moiré Taffetta. There is an internal pocket that still has the original vanity mirror still inside and the label reads ‘ CFR Made in England’.
The bag measures 7.5” x 4.5” and remains in good vintage condition, on very close inspection there is the odd sign of very feint discolouration in places but this would never be noticed when the bag is used and is reflected in the price. It remains a fabulous high quality piece that would be a perfect ‘something old’ for a bride or to use at any formal event.
