Vintage 1950s/60s Black Patent Leather Handbag, Made in England , Glossy black Leather with Gold Tone Frame

Step out in fabulous Mid Century vintage style with this beautiful black top handled handbag, perfect for everyday or for a special occasion.
Made in England , the bag is made from glossy black genuine patent leather with an almost mirror like shine and is extremely durable and super stylish. It has a gold tone metal frame with a decorative shield shaped push clasp and a short leather top handle. Inside is lined in black grosgrain and there is a secure zipped internal plus one other pocket.
The bag measures 9 ”wide x 6.5 ” x 3” at the base and sides and remains in excellent vintage condition. On close inspection there are some small feint scratches to the leather of the bag through age and use, however due to the glossy nature of patent leather they would be barely noticeable when the bag is used and do not detract from the quality or beauty of this classic piece.
