Vintage 1950s/60s Gold Metallic Diamond Chain Mail Evening Bag, satin body with metallic overlay, vintage wedding, formal event

Step back in time to the 1980s with this simply stunning vintage gold evening bag, perfect for any formal event to shimmy on the dance floor.
Made from gold satin, it has a metallic chain mail overlay made up from bonded diamonds of glittering gold metal .
It has an ornate filigree gold tone frame, a twin twist clasp and a short snake chain handle. Inside is lined in gold satin and there is an internal pocket.
Measures 8” wide x 6” and remains in excellent condition, the lining is a little discoloured ,however this is barely noticeable given the age and history of this bag. Perfect for a vintage wedding or a special occasion, ready to party once more !
