Vintage 1960/70s Venetian Murano Glass Millie Fiori Beaded Necklace

This gorgeous vintage necklace dates back to the 1960s/ 70s and is made from black Millie Fiori glass beads interspersed with silver findings. Millie Fiori beads are artisan made by Venetian artisan makers using the traditional method if forming fine strands into coloured glass flowers . The beads are large and geometric in shape and are predominantly black with the colours of the flowers in red, blue, green and yellow. The necklace length is 40” and each of the large beads measure 1.5 cm . A rare and unusual necklace that remains in excellent vintage condition.
