Vintage 1960s sparkling gold Lurex cocktail bag.

This gorgeous glittering gold evening bag would be perfect for a prom queen or to finish off any formal outfit. Made in the 1950s/60s it has a soft metallic gold Lurex body, loosely gathered onto an ornate filigree gold tone metal frame.it has a classic twin top clasp and a gold tone chain handle.The bag is lined in rich cream satin and measures 8.5” x 5.5” and unlike most vintage bags will fit a modest modern mobile phone.
