This gorgeous vintage pendant by Butler and Wilson was produced by Iconic jewellers Butler and Wilson to raise money and awareness for breast cancer support charity. Made from gold tone metal, it features a pink enamel heart decorated with cancer awareness pink ribbon and pink rhinestones crystals. Has a secure lobster claw catch and 2” extension, crown logo. Chain measures 17”. Heart 21/2 cm x 21/2 cm
