Vintage French Art Deco Black Silk Evening Bag by Dickens and Jones, Silver Crystal Clasp and beaded decoration

Step back in time to the art deco era with this fabulous French Evening bag by Dickens and Jones.
Made in France from black Dupion slubbed silk, the bag has a long elegant body sewn onto a silver tone metal frame. The frame is trimmed with silver seed beads and is set with sparkling silver crystals, it has a circular crystal lift clasp and a short chain handle. The bag is lined inside with white satin and has an internal pocket with the original vanity mirror still inside.
Measures 6.5” wide x 8.5” long and remains in excellent vintage condition, very glamourous with plenty of marvellous events still to attend.
