Hand made in the 1960s, the bag has a soft slightly padded body in silver lurex fabric which is woven through with metallic threads. It is beautifully decorated to the front and the back with a starburst and vertical line pattern in pewter lustre seed beads and has a looped beaded fringe along the bottom edge.
It has a textured silver tone metal frame with a twin twist clasp in the centre and has a double short chain strap. The bag is lined in Ivory satin and there is an internal pocket.
Measures 7” wide x 5.5” with the fringe hanging down by 1” and remains in excellent vintage condition, perfect for any event and ready to party once more !
