A beautiful vintage Liberty of London silk scarf featuring an exceptionally intricate stylised paisley design in a sophisticated mix of colour.

The centre is filled with finely detailed paisley and floral motifs in shades of purple, red, teal, soft brown and blue, set against a warm cream background. This is framed by a dramatic wide paisley border on slate grey, finished with a broad coordinating grey outer edge.

The complexity of the print is wonderful up close, with layer upon layer of traditional paisley forms giving the scarf the richly decorative look for which Liberty textiles are so loved.

Finished with a hand-rolled hem, with the Liberty name printed into the lower right-hand corner of the border.
