Vintage Silver & Abalone Shell Large Pendant

This fabulous large pendant is made from Abalone Shell, also known as Paua Shell, native to New Zealand. The iridescent blue and green shell is set onto a decorative silver hasp with an ornate silver detail around the central hole. It comes on a 925  17” silver snake chain  with a secure lobster claw clasp. 
The pendant measures 4.5cm diameter onto a 17” chain and remains in excellent vintage condition. Would make a lovely gift.
